I had a felony theft by taking case in which 20,000 dollars was lost and the blame was put on me!!! 2 years from March of 2019 to October 18, 2021 I dealt with this over my head not knowing if I was gonna be able to keep my jobs or be able to provide for my kids! My case was dismissed just like that. But even before that Mr. Ballard did a wonderful job with the negotiation of my punishment and still would’ve been satisfied either way.
